Russian investors are still buying international real estate (although their priorities are a bit different now), Chinese investors are all the rage nowadays, and in general the trend of investing in real estate in countries other than one's own is growing all over the world. This is the reason I've written the book How to Sell Real Estate to Foreign Buyers (or Secrets of Selling Real Estate to Foreign Buyers) aimed to help realtors, developers and private sellers in any country of the world with finding buyers for their properties internationally. The book is based on my own experience with marketing real estate to Russian buyers and also on the extensive research on other nations' buyers of international real estate. The book consists of 50 chapters so far covering various topics of dealing with marketing real estate to foreign buyers and closing the sale successfully. It allows the reader to find an answer to a particular question and also to prepare the whole marketing to foreign buyers plan for their properties. How to Sell Real Estate to Foreign Buyers is the first practical book to summarize all one has to know to successfully market and sell real estate internationally. The manuscript is almost complete and soon will go to editing, but there is still a window of opportunity to improve it before finalizing.
