- 2019 was a better year than any of the last five (by the numbers of the closed deals and by the all over satisfaction of the market dealers who worked with Russian, Ukrainian, Kazakh, Azerbaijani, and other Russian-speaking international real estate buyers)

- Internet traffic of potential Russian-speaking buyers looking for properties abroad has grown by 30% in 2019

- Shortage of international commercial properties for sale advertised in Russian while the Russian buyers' interest is high

- Immigration through purchasing real estate is also on the radar of the Russian-speaking buyers (more than 50% of them are interested)

- International real estate exhibitions in Moscow were a big success in 2019 (by the growing numbers of exponents and visitors in comparison with the five previous years)
